The place is inside a 2-level food court. They have their tables and chairs. The service is fast and friendly. The fish soup is amazing, packed with seafood. Included a big spoon of mayonesa which I found unusual so they gave it me to on the side. The food includes a small salad bar and bread.
The fish soup is simply amazing. I had the fried herring as well which was quite fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable, specially compared to the ones in the old town (Gamla Stan). I would highly recommended this place to anyone craving for some fresh fish.
We are so surprised by the taste of fish soup! We also ordered Swedish toast, which is also really good. They offer free salad, bread, and tab water.
I stopped by a little after lunch and, despite the line, was seated pretty quickly. The fish soup was satisfying — it had a decent amount of white fish and was flavorful without being too salty. They also offer a self-serve bar with whole wheat bread, biscuits, and salad.
We visited this restaurant because we heard they had the best fish soup in Sweden, and they did not disappoint! We were lucky and arrived before the rush of people, and we didn't have to wait in line. As a party of 2, we shared the fish soup, as well as an order of fish and chips. We were also surprised at the free bread and salad station by the entrance. We definitely took advantage of the bread and tried out both flavours of salad dressings (both were delicious!). Onto the main courses, the fish soup was aromatic and tomato-ey, and packed with seafood. This would have been enough for both of us to share with some bread and salad. The yellow sauce on top of the soup (I'm not sure what it's called) added even more creaminess and flavour to the soup, but sadly, we only realized that after we were mostly finished with the soup. For the next time, we would make sure to mix it in at the very start. Onto the fish and chips, we thought the fish tasted very fresh (it was light, flaky and not dry), however, I don't believe it was the best use of our stomach space from this restaurant. It was good, but not extraordinary. Ultimately, I do believe that the fish soup is a must-try from this little restaurant on the lower floor of a food hall. Our overall experience dining here was extremely pleasant and comforting, and I would love to bring my friends here if we ever visited Sweden again!
Fish soup was great. When we went around 14 pm, we couldn’t find the order mentioned in the comments. The other products on the menu were filling and delicious. Definitely a place worth coming to.
Fish soup was very tasty and has a lot of sea food in it. Portion was really too much for 1 person, we shared as 3. Also the somon was very very delicious. You should also try the salad with the delicious souce. The owner Haluk Bey was very kind and hospitable. He explained everything and helped us. The restaurant is in the down floor of the building.
